Small WeddingsThe small wedding package is an affordable option for a unique wedding in the mountains. Small, intimate weddings are what we specialize in at RHIZE! You can have up to 20 guests (our max guest count at RHIZE is 40, but 20 is the max for this particular package pricing) in a setting that you and they will never forget! We will customize a package tailored to your dream day which includes a bridal bouquet and boutonniere, beautiful mountain decor, table scapes, custom tables and chairs, sophisticated wood and bamboo plates, silverware, a wedding day coordinator who will make sure the planning process and a wedding day that is stress free!! This package includes 2-3 beautifully prepared and served hors d'oeuvres for your guests at the Canoe Cantina while you take pictures at various spots around the property after your ceremony. We have a fun UTV for you and your photographer/videographer to be transported by one of our staff to various sites to ensure you optimize the incredible 43 acre backdrop of RHIZE. All of our small weddings have access to the Hummingbird Barn in case of inclement weather, The Ridge hang out/firepit area with games like darts, tiki toss, corn hole, axe throwing, giant jenga, on site hiking and the entire private campground. Dedicated staff that ensure you can focus on you and your guests...we'll take care of everything else! We only allow 8 small weddings per season at RHIZE between the months of June and October.

All InclusiveThis is the package for you if you want a totally carefree wedding weekend! It includes all the wedding services we offer...full time wedding coordinator dedicated to understanding and implementing your vision for your special day, floral design and creation of your bouquets/boutonnieres, choice of any of the wedding platforms on site, upgraded tableware and table scapes for indoor or outdoor reception/dinner, canoe cantina set up, 10 x 20 welcome center white tent set up with mountain spring water, snack mix, staff to direct parking, welcome champagne toast for you and your wedding party, wedding day snacks for the wedding party and guests. All weddings have a wildflower and aspen leaf send off for the newlyweds.
You will have a choice of catered menu options for your wedding dinner from trusted RHIZE chefs and partners. The all inclusive pricing includes 2 appetizers at the Canoe Cantina and a seated farm to table dinner. For an additional charge we can have one of our incredible Chefs create a custom menu for you and your guests. We allow couples to bring their own beer and wine with no up charge, but you also have the option to hire one of our master mixologists who can create custom cocktails and a specialty drink menu for your reception and dinner. A wedding coordinator will work with you throughout the planning process and of course, on wedding day. Our attentive staff are at your disposal from the time you arrive until you say your goodbyes.
